    I have buy a boat bluetooth headphone in 20, 2020 on Flipkart and they give a one year warranty but it's not been a year and I complain severel time to boat customer care but they told me to email the problem with their email id . I emailed several time but yet not response. In pandemic why should I go to service center so I call to tell them door to door service but yet no response what I can do pls help us..

      I had ordered of Boat Xplorer on dated 1 May 2021 my order # 327600 but I have not yet received the product so I kindly request to you please resolve my problem as soon as possible i have been communicated with the xpressbees customer representative I told them for order returning because i can not waiting for it.

              I have purchased boAt rockers headphone in july 1 st 2020 from flipkart . now after 7 months my earphone is having so noise problems . I am not able to hear anything only a cracking sound . Now what i have to do with my earphone . Will i get replacement policy?

              I ahve ordered airdopes 381 pink color and pyment is done via paytm but till now i have not got my order ID and the order id present in paytm is shown as invalid i tried to reach paytm customer service they said theor payment is successful but how can i track my order now and i dnt have any option to cancel it even

              Hello team I have not received any update on my complaint yet I have ordered my earphones three days back since then no response I have given my proofs even with payment details where is my order I'd and the tracker who is responsible for this? If you not able to resolve this then refund my amount back. This is not the way you treat customer.

                      Had purchases Wireless Bluetooth Boat 402 Eardopes from Flippant on 10th March 2021

                      After 20 days the left eardope stopped getting charged .It doesn't blinks at all. It is completely disfunctional now.

                      If it gets charged at all in 3-5 days the charging lasts for less than a minute.

                      Want to avail warranty.

                          I had purchased Boat eardope 402 on 10th march 2021 from flipkart.

                          It worked well for almost 15 days Or so but there after left eardope became Unresponsive... Means it is not getting charged at all ( doesn't blinks at all) and after two to three days shows slight activity to last for just a minute.

                          Please help, I live in bangalore.

                            My boat bassheads 103 earphone both side was not working properly so I was registered a complaint for warranty claim of my boat bassheads 103 and on the 23rd April the pick up man arrived and took my earphone.

                                      The airdopes 131 I bought it on[protected] n its been only 5 months since I bought it but the warranty is of 1 year n the problem is one airdope is not working neither getting charge there's no issue of charger coz the other one gets charge so I hope I claim on warranty of the product
