          This is Hariom, I purchased an earphone on 24th april.

          I am facing the Jack plugin issue and Sound and mic issue as well.

                I ordered a storm smart watch on 14 march, because of some reason i had to return it, the refund was about to be refunded by 20 april, now when I checked the ticket the status is showing refunded on 19th April, but no amount is credited in my account. I even checked my statement but there is no credit. And I am not able to connect to boat. Please help me.

                                My earphones are not working from the past month... I have already been to the service centre in janakpuri. I also provided them with the invoice
                                But they are providing me their excuses of not having my product in stock

                                  Hello, I've ordered boat airdopes 381 active black from boat website after receiving the product I'm not satisfied with build quality so i file a return complaint they just give raised ticket order ID but when i raise my issue they are closing the raised ticket without saying anything.                                     The boAt airdopes ordered on 7th April, 2021 stopped working on the 20th of April. And I have tried to reach the customer service number, tried to register a complaint on the website, e-mail, twitter and Instagram, but no response. I am stuck with a defective item. Horrible services with absolute no regard for accountability.

                                        I have complained about my Boat Rockerz 450 headphone on April 8th 2021 and they picked up on 11th April 2021 and it has been 20 days but they don't send it. I haven't received any updates regarding the status of my product.
