Hello, I am Connected with your customer service many times they are just bluffing every time that product will get delivered within 2 days. Now I want to cancel My order but there is no cancellation option available at my end so I contacted one customer service lady she said you will get mail regarding the cancellation. But there is no such EMAIL received to me. This is really harassing me during this covid time I will go to consumer court....

I have given my airdopes 441 black for warranty claim on 08April 2021.
There is no detail of the product till now.
Kindly resolve it soon....

My service ticket number is 2235249. I have warranty on my product. I had sent to service center. They verified and updated for replacement on my product on 14th April 2021. Your team updated me replacement within 5 business working days. Till now I have requested two times but I didn't received any update on my product replacement. Please update me as soon as possible.

One day, the mic of my headphones was not working properly so I registered a complaint and they take away my product to be replaced but it has been 20 I haven't received any product. the company is showing that the product is whhandover.i want my product as soon as possible.

We had ordered Airdrope 431 from boat company 8months back, we have already registered 4th time complains and escalated the matters on multiple platforms but asual with no help coming forward. I need refund complete amount of my product as Boat product worst for using it. never recommend such product to anyone. Kindly look into this asap as nobody from boat are responding.
