Order id is not found

Hi Team,

I placed an order on 02 April 2021 .i.e. for Bluetooth earphones (ordered copy attached). But I didn't receive any update on the status of the order.
When I are trying to track the order it is only showing one message ("Your order is almost ready to be shipped. Sit back and relax, your trip to Nirvana will begin soon ").
This item has not been dispatched yet. It was mentioned in the website that order...

                I had purchased the above said product and also returned the same it was defective and have asked for a refund. The refund for the same has been initiated on 24 Mar 2021 but nothing has happened after that.

                    I have purchaased a Boat Basshead 100 black from the boat website hoping to get quality product, but what I got was a cheap quality earphone with only one side working .
                    So I returned the product, and its been more than a month and I havent received my refund.
                    Later I realised that the boat products are cheap in quality and their services are very bad.If you have to claim warrenty for your product they will provide, otherthan that for any issue there is no provision.

                                      I am boAt customer, I claimed warranty for my boat rockerz 518 red colour on 16th of march, I have been waiting for a very long time since 16th of march now it's march 31st... From 24th of march it is showing as dispatching in 5days but no message received from boAt side please boAt team even if I ask u in mail there is no proper reply and if I call to the customer care I am not able to speak to any human representative only chat bots are speaking I have been waiting for almost 15days still i didn't receive my replaced unit kindly check through it...
