My wired earphone one side is not working, I raised a complaint on your website 4 times and also dropped a mail, all the time i got a message is " The invoice which was uploaded by you is verified as an invalid invoice ", please re-check the invoice i have attached via email it's valid invoice downloaded direct from amazon website, please arrange for a replacement. I have given my mobile number in email if you required anything please call...

Sometimes headphones just don't switch on even if I keep the power button pressed for a very long time.
Secondly, Sometimes(often nowadays) the headphones keep on saying "disconnected" in a loop and it does so until it's switched off. This happens even when the device is connected....

I ordered a wireless headphones 5 days ago and it still not shipped yet please do it asap...

I ordered boat 255 pro + headset on 18feb and it was delivered on 22feb my ticket no is 106686 but it was defective so i did replacement the courier boy came and took my headset and it was handovered to warehouse on 27th feb but upto now there is no email or message of dispatch of my replaced product.Whenever i am calling them they are always postponing date.They don't respond mail and calls....

This jack and mic buttons was not working...

My earphone doesn't receive calls because microphone don't work and
My earphone also Frequently auto disconnect...

I claim warranty of a cable from boats company on 28/5/2020 the cable is received by boats on 18/6/2020, I receive a massage that product left the service center, but from that day till no that is 5/3/2021 i don't receive my product yet...

The pairing is not being bone and my volume up and down buttons are also not working...

I have submitted my complaint against my boat rockerz 255 pro headphones. Now I want to cancel it due to my inability to my place.

Dear boAt Team,

My Bluetooth headset is not working since yesterday. It's fully charged & switched on and connected to my Cellphone, but not able to hear any sound, volume in both mobile & ear phone is increased to Max. Also tried switching off of the mobile & Bluetooth ear phone, but of no use. Could you please help me in rectifying the same?

And very bad experience and very fraud customer service...

One side of my boat rockerz 255 is not working and it just got out of warranty last week. (Wish it had stopped working earlier). And btw this was a replaced product which I got only in January after my previous earphone's one side had stopped working ( and like I said, it was in the warranty period).
I tried talking to boat rockerz service center and they said "oh it's out of warranty Period? So you'll have to replace it sorry ma'am....

Connectivity problem...

I purchased White airdope 402 from boAT on 30th Jan 2020. I had received the product in the first week of February. I faced the mic issue on call and tried to register the complaint. Due to the complex structure of login and non acceptance of my invoice by the main portal i raised a complaint regarding the issue.
Ideally i had been communicated that since it has just been 2 days, i should raise a complaint via portal and get a refund...

I hadn't charge boat stone 350 bluetooh speaker for 1 day, its whole battery drained and now it's not starting, just showing red charging light, almost 12 passed but speaker isn't fully charged till now what should I do now, anyone has solution on this?...

Had booked Boat Aavante Soundbar 4000DA on 20th Feb 2021. However, the payment was made on same day but the product has not been delivered yet.
