Power-On Failure on Sound bar

Hi Team,

I have registered product complaint with ticket no: 2101192 on 3rd march 2021.

All of a sudden caught fire and smoke came out from sound bar and woofer, within 3 months i have faced this issue.

your field engineer have visited to my address and has taken all the necessary detail.

I have called customer care many times but no one is giving proper response and in between...

Speaker is not working properly . voice and battery backup is not per according to the details mentioned. not even proper working of one hour even after fully charged

      I purchased boat headphones Rockerz 550 (order ID: 223641) on 11th March 2021 from boat website as guest user. The headphones mic is not working since the time I received this product and contacted boat customer service requesting to replace the product. But, no proper response from the team. I have mailed the issue to boat service ([protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com) nearly 5times and haven't heard back anything.
      Requesting to take action as early as possible and get the product replaced.

            My airdopes have been delivered to me by flipkaart in between feb[protected] . First of all i didn't got complete items as listed . And now after one month o[censored]se left side dope is not working properly . So please take action as fast as possible and due take in notice that my product is in warranty too.

                I filed a complaint again my boat airdopes 441 mint purple that both the sides are not working
                As per the complaint the person came tl pick up my airdopes
                The box airdopes and chager were given
                In exchange the person came with
                No box just airdope 441 red
                That too used one.
                I am very angry with the service you have provided the airdopes in replacement are used one and no box and charger is given
                I want a proper one please look into the matter
                Very bad service is been provided
                This not what I paid for

                Took the original dopes with box and charger and sent the defective and used piece I want the proper product with the box and charge the same way I gave it to you people. Not paid for this shifty thing

                                  Earler I was getting my voice while singing but now a days i am not getting back my voice while singing.
