    I purchased the product Boat Rockerz 225activa Black on 16th June 2020. On the first day itself I got defect product. Then they replaced with same product but within six month I got same problem... Now i replaced four times... Even though I am not getting proper service from this company

      I bought an EDICT by Boat EEP01 Wired Earphones(Green) on 28 of January 2020 from amazon.in.
      I could feel the sound distorted while walking and I felt current discharges at the mic button too. For which I registered a complain on their website.
      The product was taken by courier an It arrived almost 2 weeks after . ( today i.e 22 feb) I am too unsatisfied with what they have sent.
      Its just another defective piece! The 3.5mm jack is bent! They have sent uneven ear cups too.

      I had great faith in boat but this is absolutely a big ignorance.

          I have purchased boAt Stone 1400 Mini on 21st January 2021, received fully functional piece on 23rd January 2021 only after 12 days of purchase i am facing issues with power button so i filed a complaint for replacement on 1st feb, now on 21 after 3 weeks i received a dirty, full of scratch refurbished unit against my brand new unit 😡
          This is good, take brand new unit of others and give them a refurbished one. That's all i want is either give me a fresh unit or give me back my faulty one i dont want this dirty refurbished unit against my brand new unit

          There executive saying that you will receive a fresh unit but provided me a dirty piece of [censored] this is disgusting

          Hope immediate action will be taken

                  My 100 wireless purple headphone was a problem for that I was a complaned which ticket number was 2014030. After solve my issue - today I received a replacement product which colour is not match same as my own headphone's colour (purple)- I received a black colour headphone. I never use any black product. So please change my headphone colour as Soon as possible & send me 100 wireless headphone purple colour

                    Bought the subject earphones on June 28 from Amazon.com and it's right ear side wing is not functional now. The product comes with a one year warranty as well. Need help to get it fixed.

                        I made a replacement request of boat rockerz 550 bluetooth headphone on 1/02/21 And last status shown on my ticket number 1997019 that "replacement product issued" on 03/02/21, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on customer service support number on[protected] but no one answer the call after long long waiting time. It is almost 20 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever i call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me my ticket no 1997019, it was first that in 3 to 4 days it will be available then it took 8 days to show that it will take 5 more days and now it shows 7 to 10 more days can you imagine in this fast world they are taking almost a mont to replace an order thats astonishing.
                        And now it shows that product is dilivered on address but how I haven't recieved any so whom they delivery thats is unbelievably worst service.
                        So please help me I am facing lots of problem regarding this.

                            As you can see in the attached image, it's already been 1 month + and I haven't received the exchange product yet. I had to exchange because the airdopes I received were defective (the right side button was damaged). And it's showing "Exchange issued" since 10 days! They aren't giving any updates. When will the order be finally dispatched? Kindly look into it.

                                      I bought this bluetooth neckband of Boat from Flipkart on 20th September and it had a power-on failure on 19th October...
                                      I registered a complaint and they responded to my request for replacement. Xpress bees courier guy picked the product from me and it was replaced. Then on December I received a message saying that my address is wrong. I contacted Xpressbees and they told me to ask Boat service to change my address. After weeks of regular calling I got connected to Boat costumer care and they told me to send a mail for changing my address. after sending the mail also I didn't get an update on my product. I called the costumer care again and it's been 2 weeks after they told me that they'll give an update within 72hrs. It's been three and a half months since my item has been gone.
