The earphone has stopped working, sometimes both the sides but mostly the left side is not working. It is under the warranty period we have 6 months left and we want it to be replaced.
We have been registering a lot of complaints and it seems like you have become oblivious.
We are very unhappy with your service!
Resolve my query as soon as possible, please!

      Dear Sir,
      The Remote of the Boat Aavante Sound Bar 1250 which i purchased on[protected] from Amazon.in is Not Working since I purchased it. I have already registered complaints via https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/complaintregistration web site bearing ticket no - 1888895, 1900436 and 1939262. (if Status of Ticket Number is Checked from the same site, it gives error as Invalid Ticket Number, Numerous Calls to the Customer Care Number since last 10 days also done but till date no action is taken by Boat.
      This was not expected from #BOAT @boatnirvana
      Pl Do the needful and replace the Remote ASAP.

            I ordered Boat 441 pro but i got 441 only...i spent 2249 rupees on this and what i got ...i want 441 pro sincerely...please return it and give the boat 441 pro...i hope u will understand this...in 2249 rupees ... i will actually get 441 pro but from your side...i got 441...
            the actual cost of 441 is 1799 but i ordered 441 pro in rupees 2249 .
            please return it and give the boat 441 pro.
            otherwise i will do a complaint with FIR in police station in the name of the firm.

              Boat smart watch

              When I am opening boatProGear app always the smart watch is turning off automatically. And once the battery percentage is showing 60% and again after turning on it is showing 54%. Why this is happening in this smart watch....

                I love boat so i order for a smart watch even though there are many other options .. ordered on 31.12.2020 still not delivered . i make a call many times to customer care they keep on saying not yet dispatched . worst in delivering the order so bad experiences . i didn't except this .

                  I have purchased boat rockerz 510 red/black on amazon on 18/12/2020 and it has disbalanced sound and i have claimed warrenty on 11/1/2020 and i have sent to boat company in mumbai but they replaced and sent me an old boat rockers 510 blue/black on 17/1/2020 i want red/black and the one boat has sent me has disorted sound problem so i claimed for warrenty but they have replyed me "YOUR COMPLAIN HAS BEEN succesfully closed what can i do now i want a new red/black one

                      I had a complaint regarding my product not delivered on time. So, I called customer executives. Following are my experiences:
                      Experience 1: The person told me to contact their delivery partner because according to him it's not their concern, the number that I received was not working
                      Experience 2: The lady said it's not in my hand, I asked her so transfer my call to your higher authority, she kept me on hold till 25 min and later telling maam sorry it's our closing time when I shouted she said talk to me properly and cut my call. She was really harsh
                      Experience 3: I called in morning again waited for long cancelled my call and without asking me put my item for refund which will again take 6-8 business days teaching me RBI policies
                      Experience 4: The person waited me long asked me you will get a direct call and they will give you the confirmation on which day my product will be delivered, but I was not satisfied with the answer and he cancelled call
                      Experience 5: My call got connected after half hour waiting, Again same talks, he made an excuses your voice is not audible and disconnected

                        I have ordered a product on 28/12/2020 but have not yet received. When I call their customer executives, they give senseless excuses. They are not ready to even commit when I am going to get my product delivered. Worst they are asking to call their shipment partner because according to them it's not their concern because the product is dispatched. When I call shipment partner they are telling kindly contact seller. Even customer care executives are harsh.

                              I have ordered a smartwatch (boAt Storm - Black) from boat website on 22nd December 2020. I have received the item on 27th December and on the next day due to some dead pixels in the display, I filed for a replacement.

                              On 30th December, they have picked up the product from me and I have received updates for few days indicating that it is on the way to service hub.

                              After 4th January, I have no update regarding my product. I have called 7 to 8 times to boat customer care executive and they are not giving any satisfactory answers.

                              I have attached the invoice along with the last updates regarding the reverse pickup.

                              I think this is a fraudulent activity from Boat. I need to get my product ASAP or refund.

                                How long its Gonna take as it's already been over a week now since the product arrived at the warehouse but since then no activity or any update has been initiated by your courier partner Xpressbees as I've already raised the issue regarding its delay several times, talked to customer care support numerous times but it seems No one is serious regarding the shipment of my product so either deliver my product by tomorrow or else initiate my refund!!
                                For further reference I attached the status of my product, please look into it or else initiate my refund as soon as possible!!

                                  Placed a order on 4th Jan'21 but while making transaction found a error because of which order was not placed but amount got debited ...received a message of refund.

                                  Had a conversation with customer care person, said will be refunded with in8-10 working days (of which I have call record also)...still not received

                                    There is no update related to my Exchange product. My order id is #126631 and exchange request token id is 86041. in this ticket i had submitted both the product (Partypal 60 and Promotional free boAt mask). i have received back only Boat promotional free product as mask but there will be NO update on my actual product (Party pal 60).

                                    Tried to connect with the Customer care executive and Sales team. they giving same answers multiple time. They didnt got any update from backend team. and they say wait for 24 hrs. the same things happened with me 6 times and every time i have to wait of 48 hrs and after that same answer's coming from CC executive.

                                    Dont know what to do next ? please help me here.

                                      My BoAt headphones were not working and that's why I asked for replacement.
                                      I recieved a message after much time that it will be sent to the address.
                                      Now I received a message stating that a unit has been dispatched on 7/12/2020 . Please look into it .
