I ordered boat airdopes from their site but they have not shipped the product even after 40 hours. I am in dire need of the product. So, it would be really kind of you, if you help to resolve this problem.

(I am enclosing the details of the purchase but due to security reasons I not providing the shipping address)...

Your delivery company is providing fake update on delivering replacement order on your product . I am harassed by their behaviour . I have expected my order on 7 th Dec 2020 but till now I have not received it....

I have handover to the courier on 28th November and I got message that your replaced item will be dispatched in 5days but there is no update till now my ticket no is 1783220...

I have ordered a boat rockerz 255 pro on 19th November 2020
The delivery was said to be arriving on 27th November.
But today is 9th December and I haven't received the product.
The delivery date keeps changing everyday but there is no progress in the delivery....

I have not yet received any information regarding the shipping of my order.
