Placed a order on 4th Jan'21 but while making transaction found a error because of which order was not placed but amount got debited ...received a message of refund.

Had a conversation with customer care person, said will be refunded with in8-10 working days (of which I have call record also)...still not received

    There is no update related to my Exchange product. My order id is #126631 and exchange request token id is 86041. in this ticket i had submitted both the product (Partypal 60 and Promotional free boAt mask). i have received back only Boat promotional free product as mask but there will be NO update on my actual product (Party pal 60).

    Tried to connect with the Customer care executive and Sales team. they giving same answers multiple time. They didnt got any update from backend team. and they say wait for 24 hrs. the same things happened with me 6 times and every time i have to wait of 48 hrs and after that same answer's coming from CC executive.

    Dont know what to do next ? please help me here.

      My BoAt headphones were not working and that's why I asked for replacement.
      I recieved a message after much time that it will be sent to the address.
      Now I received a message stating that a unit has been dispatched on 7/12/2020 . Please look into it .

        Am getting battery issue with my Boat rokerz255pro bluetooth device, as you can see in the attachment, its not getting charging, m not able to use this bluetooth anymore..its totally battery has bloated.

          I have ordered my product (Boat Storm) on their official website https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/ on 17th December 2020.

          Till date i have not received my order. None of the company representatives are responding properly and no update on the delivery. They have simply said address is wrong and returned the product to warehouse last time. I have called and informed the courier boy on the location. They said that they will deliver the product. However till date it is pending.

            I was purchase boat Rockerz 450 Bluetooth Headset on 12/10/2020 but after one week Left side speaker doesn't working during bluetooth connectivity for this regard i was also go to bhopal service center but they told they are not able to any type help, you complain other way .that's whey i am complaining here. please resolve my complain .

                  One side of Bluetooth headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint product is picked on December 21, 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows reverse pickup received. Now 08 January 2021, its been 18 days still no update from boat. Nor received my replacement product. Customer care not responding for calls and mails. I have sent 4 reminders but bot reply from boat

                  Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

                    One side of my Boat Rockerz 370 red has been broken within 3 weeks of purchasing.I have been not used it so far.I handled it with atmost care.Warranty claim is rejected by the company.I requested them atleast to repair.But they not accepted.The company should be responsible for this.

                      Boat airdopes 171 had one side issue after one month o[censored]sage, so I made a complaint regarding replacement. Later I was assigned a ticket no of 1834058, then product was picked by them through XpressBees delivery on 3rd week of December 2020. But it was not updated in their complaint portal, still it shows product will be picked up soon. I can't resist this, so I e-mailed them about this issue. Then then replied by saying XpressBees had cancelled the request for pickup and I was asked to make a new complaint again.

                      With that said, I registered a complaint enclosing all the above issues, then received a same sort of reply stating that product will be picked up soon and I was assigned a new ticket no. of 1907581.

                      Am I a joke to them? I really can't understand what the heck wrong with them?

                      Do anyone faced similar kind of issues, if so how do you resolved it?

                        Hi i got a call from [protected] regarding cancelling my order boAt bassheads 103 black on 5th jan 2021. They told me like that the delivery is not available to my address -524310 so he cancelled my order. But Still i did not received any confirmation through mail or msg and also not received refund.

                          I bought this speaker, invoice dated on 25.10.2020 from Amazon site. Within a month it become complaint.I had registered a complaint in your customercare with TICKET NUMBER 1783253 on November 27, 2020 regarding the subwoofer, power failure issue.I got a message within 48 hr they will get back, nobody come's.When i contact the customer care number the said that within 72 hr will arrange the repaire, after a week nobody comes and not received any call from service centre. After this whenever i contact the customer care they are saying that my mobile number not registered, not have any proper reply from their side. Then i sent a complaint email. After 18 days, on 16.12.2020 a service person came and check the sub woofer, and said it's board is complaint, he collected warranty and invoice softcopy and sent to the company and informed us within 15 days it will get repaired. So far there is no response from their side now they are not picking the call. What i have to do ..now i lost my money, mentally distructed this, now my time also losing for drafting the mails and complaints, but no use at all. Please help us, please do the needful to get the sub woofer repaired or you please take back your product.

                            On 18th Dec I've registered a complaint about the charging issue in the boat authorization site. And my product (boat 650 red) reached their warehouse on 28th Dec after the service I've received the wrong product (boat 700 blac) on 31st Dec.

                            After I receives the wrong product immediatelty I contacted with their customer service executive person and mail also sent everyday untill 6th Jan 2021.

                            Mainly customer service executive person is hanged the phone call while explaining the above issue they are not responding totally

                                  I'he ordered boat wired headsets on boat life style website on Dec 20, till jan 5 i didn't get any update regarding the order and i have raised many mails and called to customer care many times, but they didn't respond to my mails and calls. I want to cancel my order but i am not unable to do it from my logged account (From where i'he purchased the order - boat lifestyle).in the cancel option area it is showing not delivered (Only text), maybe because of that i am not able to cancel the order. Please resolve this issue asap.

                                    I had registered a complaint for my defected boat airdopes 631 product for replacement on 11 dec 2020 and it was picked up by delivery boy in 2 days and reached to service centre on 15 dec 2020 and on 18 dec 2020 on tracking id it was showing your product will dispatch in 5 days and today is 5 jan 2021 i.e around 20 days and product is not dispatch yet. Is this a new scam this company is doing.
                                    I m going to file a complaint against this company in consumer court and even going to register an fir against this. I have every proof that of thr company that your customer support are saying it will dispatch in 2 days whenever i m calling them. I always record their calls. And even no reply of my mail.

                                    My ticket no is 1827746. Pls give me updates on my mail as in 1 day.
                                    Otherwise i have to file a FIR against the company in gujarat police and consumer forum with the proof.

                                    Pls resolve this as soon boat
