I placed an order for boat storm smartwatch on 30th november. Got it delivered on 6th december. There was problem with the product so i sent it back for refund on 12th or 13th december. It is 29th december and i have not recieved refund yet.

    Airdopes 381 replacement and not yet received

    I submitted my complaint regarding boat airdopes 381 not working properly And picked up for service on 15 th Dec, boat official website shows I will receive my product in 5 business days.
    Today is 29 dec yet I not received my product not even a mail or reply...

      Boat company is also giving service for red wood interactive products. And I have returned one of the red wood product before 5th December 2020. But still I didn't get the received one.
      I have called so many times and post it in twitter but still not see any progress.
      So please help me in best possible manner.

        I have brought these earphones in june and it has stopped working now.
        Its been so long, almost 2 months since I complained yet nobody looked into it.
        Either replace my product or repair it ASAP.

            I ordered Boat earpodes 121v2 on 30th November (Prepaid -999). 6-7 days later, product reached my city(Raipur CG). Delivery agent was continuously telling me for 4 days mam order is not yet assign to me. Suddenly on 5th day they told me that product has been misplace.
            Then they cancelled my order and RTO initiated after 2 days.
            On 21st Dec product reached to seller. Now from that day I have no idea where is my money or order.
            No one reply me(Neither Boat executive not that delievry agent executive)

              I returned the watch they took that from me and it reach out to boat store on december 1 and now its december 27 still i didnt get my refund.
              Nobody picks up the call in boat services and nobody is replying my mail
              Im really disappointed from boat for being so late

                  No one replies to my emails, not single person, I haven't recieved my package yet from 3 days it was supposed to be here on 26th December and it it is 27 today I am waiting for a week now. It was a Christmas gift to someone now who is answerable to that.

                          I order my boat stone 1500 from its official website on 9th dec 2020 .its been more then 2 weeks and I still haven't received my product

                          The product haven't even shipped yet, I have continuously tried to get in touch with customer care but no one is responding. I have repeatedly dropped the email and constantly trying customer care number.

                                  I haven't received my refund till now. The CUSTOMER care support team doesn't know a ### on how to handle the CUSTOMERs. Till now they haven't responded back to the tickets that I have raised. Every time they mention they will get back to me within 48 hours and nothing happens. I want my money back asap.
