Warranty service escalation

Despite repeated attempts the company is not fulfilling it's warranty conditions of responding for a service call for a faulty wireless Bluetooth Headphone by not generating any valid ticket number for the complaint already launched in their service portal

On the contrary the company is gone to a hiding mode and tries to confuse the warranty claimers like me, by sending the contract...

Successful payment no delivery!

I have not yet received any information regarding the shipping of my order. Headset replacement -regarding

My boat headset was not working .so, I claimed my warranty and they took the product on 30th december 2020 .On 7th
