Ticket number: 26382306. I am complaining about my product boat airdopes 131 pro mint bubblegum, which was claimed for warranty since one month ago. This is being kept in RTO warehouse in bhiwandi, Maharashtra, mumbai since then without informing me and now customer care agents just keep on escalating it asking me to wait for 48 hours but no resolution given. The product is prepaid and not being sent to me now. Hence, I m raising a legal case against the company to check this matter in court.

No resolution received one-month has passed after product picked up from me and still no delivery of the product already paid.

    I m complaining about my product boat airdopes 131 pro mint bubblegum, which was claimed for warranty since one month ago but has not been shipped to me yet, customer care agents keep on escalating this and giving me 48 hours to wait, however more than 1 month passed but still their 48 hours never ends. The product has been kept in RTO without my information and it's a prepaid product. Boat company is cheap and disgusting. Never buy anything from this company.

      On 1st Dec I made an order of boat airdopes131 pro from boat lifestyle site and get the payment done online only, and after that I'm just waiting for the product to be deliver soon and unfortunately the delivery agent reach and said that please get the payment done fir this products, but why should I pay twice for this products.
      And after that from past 8 days I'm keep on chasing boat team via call and mail but unfortunately till now I didn't get any expected response from them.

      For your reference I have attach snapshot.

      I think probably, my money will not get refunded in my account and products will also not getting deliver.

          I bought my bluetooth earphones in february 2022. I am facing problems in it. When I connect a call with it, it sounds some unpleasant sound that can heard by caller. Currently it is in warranty time. So, please solve my problem as soon as possible.

            What a sour experience with the Co. called BOAT, never buy their Products.

            * Ordered and paid for new Product (Headphone, Order #3020044 dated 9th Oct. 2022) but repeatedly they delivered Defective Products.

            * After several rounds of Replacement Process, I got pissed off and requested to refund my money.

            * Despite my several reminders on mail and phone call they didn't responded and neither refunded my money nor delivered the good product for which I've already paid.

            * The worst part is their Website shows as delivered and Chapter closed despite all above mentioned communications (mail & phone) from my side.

            It seems really they are not trustworthy Co. and would suggest to avoid and boycott their products, services and any association else you may also face similar challenge.

            Would request if you influence and get my money refunded.

              I had ordered boat 601 ANC Bluetooth earphones in black colour worth Rs. 3999.00 from boat website on 10/09/2022. It was not delivered to me and returned to Boat warehouse on 29/09/2022.
              It is now almost more than 2 months (71 days) but they hasn't refund my money and everytime I call they said my Refund was failed due to some technical issue and it will be re-initiated in between next 24-48 Hrs but in reality they didn't respond. I'm Very frustrated now.
              Boat is a very cheater and liar company seems.

                I ordered boAt Bassheads 152 in Ear Wired Earphones with Mic(Maroon Mirage) and it was working fine and when I connect it with my mobile phone it was automatically reducing the volume and call get's disconnected automatically.

                  I ordered watch on 29 June 2022 throgh boat app. My money deducted but order was not confirmed. After number of calls in customer care they keep on repeating to escalate case to superior. They also reply some time like payment not recived, some time like refund is initiated and provided payment ID of my payment as there refund payment ID. i share them screen shot of my gpay transection, Bank statement, reply from payment gateway payu. But these boat staff are incompetence in there work.

                    I had ordered wireless earbuds from BoAt website on November 27th, 2022 (order id: 3433774) and it was showing to be delivered after a week, by December 4th, 2022. Where electronic items are delivered within 1-2 days of order by Flipkart/Amazon with good enough offers, I was given a week later estimated delivery date by Delhivery (Delhivery Tracking ID [protected]).Still I have been okay with it as at least it was to be delivered before the 0occasion I ordered the product for.
                    But on the last days of delivery, when the parcel had already reached Dankuni (near my delivery address), it gets dispatched to Punjab.
                    And now the delivery is showing further 2 days delayed. So what exactly will I do with the product if it's delivered after the occasion which I ordered the product for? Their stupid errors, unprofessional and unethical behaviour cause huge problems to customers.
                    BoAt uses cheap courier service and customers pay for that!

                      My storm boat smart watch not having good battery power.
                      I raised these issue, but you send confirmation that product doesn't have any battery issue. But you can check by bloothooth calling, battery drastically reduced in minutes.
                      Issue 2]
                      my watch not replaced to my location, courier partner didn't call me and directly update the text message that he didn't found location .
                      Issue 3]
                      By mistakely i click on don't want to replace my product... Then I immediately call please it happens by mistakely... As soon as dispatch my product to my location..

                      But my watch is not delivered to my location . Lots of time i call on customer care they only told we update the status and will dispatch..., but when I check the status of my ticket, ticket was closed has been display.

                      How you can close my ticket without delivered to my location.

                      And these process taken more than 4 weeks.

                      This storm watch I gifted to another person.
                      They are also waiting for the product.
                      Please raised my ticket as high priority.
                      I am not happy with boat services.

                              Boat company making me fool from last 45 days. I have registered a complaint at 14th October 2022 and today is 30th of November 2022. Everyday they are committing me a new promise to repair my subwoofer which I have bought in 3-4 months back. Their third party team Around247 team is completely uneducated and unable to repair only one product from last 45 days. Whenever I am calling in thier customer support they are giving me another date.

                                My product Boat Rockerz 330 Navy Blue i clam warranty in in july months after 2 month late he deliver wrong product in 8-9 sept on trickt id 2209854 after delivery this product i complain his helpline number he gave me wrong information he say generate a new trickt id he not say anything about give me and picture proof. After clam warranty he reject because product not match to invoice.
                                My problem not solve now he say you should to share some picture when deliver wrong Product
