Boat have very worst delivery service and customer service. I have ordered Boat stone 1200F, without contacting me it is declared as undelivered. It was returned to the Mumbai from Pune. Now they are saying that it will be reshipped. And the time mentioned is 5-7days.

    On 08th August 2022 around 08:43PM, i have purchased boAt 131 PRO from the boAt official website but haven't recieved any order ID or order confirmation message etc. My UPI refrence number is[protected] and my transaction amount was Rs 1299 done through Google pay app. The screenshot showing the payment reciept is herewith attached to this complaint.
    Already Google pay team have confirmed that the amount is received to the merchant.
    But the boat team is saying that they have not received the amount.
    boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      The smartwatch glass cracked when my uncle fell down. So i contacted boat for paid repair. Their service center doesn't know anything. Customer care told me to go to service center which is pointless or go to some local shop and ask. Company customer care has no idea about their own product support. This is cheating. If I knew this was the case I wouldn't have purchased a boat product for my uncle, who is a senior citizen and not in a position to keep running around to get the watch fixed.

        I bought this set of headset from Flipkart and it hasn't even been 3 months that the whole button and charging part broke open on its own ... And i've been using boat for many years now and have used the wire headsets too .. they get defected within few months too, my last wired head may have been extremely lucky to be still working after 4 times of replacement though .. even the product replaced are such preposterous things they don't last for a month and there are technical issues ... It has been still okey as boat has a good "replacement" policy for which people get fooled thinking even if its costly if anything happens they'll change it back for me but this is like another tiring situation, why must a thing that have bought for thousands or maybe hundreds won't last even a year ... ? And nowadays these problems are getting extreme, now its manufacturing defects that are coming forth ... From every one or the next person ! I have a boat rugby from 3 years back and after 1 replacement that has been working great .. so please bring back the good products from years back . Thank you

            The merchandise stopped working abruptly. I can guarantee it's not a physical or liquid damage. However the service center said it's out of warranty so can't repair it. I placed the order on Aug 08th 2021. I have been experiencing this issue since last 2 months. I was unwell so could not report it to the service centre. Hopeless service. I will take it all over social media and will never so a business with Boat.

                  Product tracking details

                  I have ordered boatnirvana wireless earphones. My order and payment has been successfully placed. But I am not provided with the order ID or tracking ID, due to which I'm unable to track my order. It's been 4 days and I have no response or information regarding my product...

                  So i today I order boat rockers 450 black panther edition from the boat's official website but the problem is they didn't confirm my order even though I paid for it, i was not logged in to any boat account i just selected the buy now option on the website I filled all the details like addres, name, mobile number, email, etc and in the next page they showed options to select payment mode i selected phonepe and i clicked on it then the phone pe application popped up and showed me the option to pay 1099 to boats upi and I confirmed it and the payment was made successfully but when i got back to the boat page it still showed me the option to pay and nothing happened and even till now i havennt got any confirmation regardinng my product, i have no idea what should i do now i'm deprresed, the payment was succesfull from my end but boat didnt give any report on it and they are sending me a message saying that i havnt completed the ordring process and when I click on it show me to pay again, what should i do

                      We had taken the head phone of the boat company and it must have been 2 or 3 months and it broke on its own and we went to your Panvel gallery then they refused to take the damaged product and asked to tell you everything by email

                        I had ordered boat 650 cyan headphones and cancelled the order price 1699. It is now almost more than 2 months but they hasn't refund my money and everytime I call they said it will refund in between next 24-48 Hrs but in reality they didn't respond. I'm Very frustrated now.
                        Boat is a very cheater and liar company seems.

                                  I purchased an original product and always a sort of first copy.
                                  highly disappointed from you. If there is any problem you can say that you are not going to replace it. But please don't provide such things which dishonour your brand as well. The product in replacement I got today was the worst. It's not connected to the jack and I have to tie it while listening so I packed it back. Kindy provide some positive solutions for the problems. I am not here to write daily to you and ask for the replacement. I am highly low due to this behaviour and action from your side. The product is packed this time as you gave the first one I got was branded and had no jack issue other than its malfunctioning error but recent two are having too much noise and jack issue indicating that these are the local pieces nor from the brand. moreover when asking for warranty they said i manipulated bill.. its online bill you can check orderid from your side as well

                                  means if you are provide waranty would you give me defected product??? is that so????
