Most importantly, the company doesn't believe in getting contacted by customer. in every support links they have deployed BOTs. Whether it is chat or phone.
Even their Grievance email grievance.[protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com is not working.
I understand Low Price = Low quality. But throwing customer off the cliff after they purchase a product is completely different strategy. It will not work for long term. The white labeled products from China needs support and that's why we need brands like BOAT. Else we can buy the same products at cheaper rates from Alibaba Express.
Bought a smart watch - Ultima Prism from BOAT. Got delivery yesterday. Take 3-4 seconds to awake after raising wrist. This is clearly hardware + software issue. But there is no way i can complain about it.
I agree, I got trapped in Cheap Price. But now that money itself is gone in drain because this is not practical. You buy smartwatch because you don't want dumb watch in this technology world and don't want to pull out your mobile to see the time.
