Boat — Bassheads 225 earphones, I have claimed the warranty as my earphones had some issues, haven't received back yet

I have claimed the warranty as my earphones had some issues .i haven't received back yet. it's about 2 months there is no update nothing. and its showing Whhandover .my way bill no is 1069898 and my tracking no for it is[protected] i hope it is resolved as soon as possible.i have been waiting for my product from a very long time my product was picked around april and its now june end. I prefer boat products but if it goes like this i won't buy next time.
