I have made a warranty claim on boAt rockerz 235 pro black.
The intensity of the sound was different on both sides of my neckband, so I sent it for warranty claim. I bought it on 21st November from myntra which is just a month.
I gave it to the delivery person in brand new condition packed in the original box And its both side earphones were working. The only problem was with the intensity of the sound.
I have before product pickup photos which I am attaching.
I have always been preferring boat company only, And I assure you that the product sent from my side was completely correct, there was no physical damage in it, so please get it checked and it should be checked that after taking it from me How did this damage happen?
And I am being told by boAt team to contact Bluedart delivery by myself. Whereas it is their responsibility to get the picture taken at the time of pickup clicked by the bluedart.
Because the complete solution of this problem can be done by the pictures taken by them at the time of pickup and it is being refused from their side then it is clear that there is a flaw in their intention and service.
Boat delivery partner has made this mistake and they are hiding it. Because the product was checked completely out of the box in front of me by the person who came to pick up the product and After that it was accepted.
And so they get it checked and give me its solution, Because none of this is my fault in any way. This is complete failure of boat service.
Boat Company Boat Company should improve their services and it is wrong to blame the customer for any mistake because it is normal that whenever the product is picked up it is first checked and This test is done in my presence and then the product is accepted. So there is no question of product damage or Waranty claim reject.
This company is getting worse and worse day by day.
I think it has earned enough from the Indian market and now they don't need more customers.
So Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
