Boat — Bluetooth connectivity

Right earphone is getting connected even after putting in the case. it is also disrupting its charging. The product is BOAT Airdopes 311 pro (Space grey) purchased from blinkit on 25th March, 2026. The issue started on 7th september, 2026.
I want a full refund of the product.

Updated by ragnibhat Warranty page is also not working. it is showing Please try later as Pincode Limit is breached.
