I haven't received my replacement yet can some one help me on priority.

I don't understand why it is been delivered to seller when it is picked up from my residency.

Tried calling customer service number but no one is receiving the call.
Attached is the snap of the receipt which is been received from courier guy who came to collect the earphone.

Request you to look into matter and help me asap!!!
