I, Mithran, hereby submit this complaint against boAt Lifestyle (Imagine Marketing Limited) for providing a defective product and failing to resolve the issue even after a warranty request and replacement.

Issue Description
The product I purchased developed defects within the warranty period. I raised a warranty claim and received a replacement unit. However, the replacement unit is also defective, and I am facing the same problems again.
Even after informing boAt support regarding repeated defects, they are forcing me to send the earphones again for service, which is unacceptable. I clearly requested a new replacement or refund, but they refused and stated that refunds are not provided as per their policy, causing harassment, mental stress, and waste of time.
Relief/Resolution Requested
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, I request the following:
Immediate replacement with a new working product, OR
Full refund of the purchase amount, AND
Compensation for inconvenience and repeated defective replacements
