One side of Bluetooth headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint product is picked on December 21, 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows reverse pickup received. Now 08 January 2021, its been 18 days still no update from boat. Nor received my replacement product. Customer care not responding for calls and mails. I have sent 4 reminders but bot reply from boat
Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...
