Boat — Bluetooth headset not received after replacement

My product was in warranty so i returned it to boat on 26th of june 2020. On july 10 i checked the status of my ticket[protected] and is shows that the replacement product is issued. I also received a msg on 7 july that they have received the product and it has been forwarded to the service team and that they will revert within 4 days. It has been almost 15 days till then and no update of where the replacement product is. Moreover the customer service number that they have given is useless as everytime i dial it, it shows network busy or call could not be connected. Please do send the replaced product fast as it is really tough without it and also it has been a month since the pickup has been done.
