I have bought boat Rockerz 255 Pro blue colour by Flipkart order ID: OD[protected] on 17 Oct 20(Invoice date). On 20 Aug 21 its automatically switched off and after charging battery automatically swallowing.
I am trying thousands times to raise complaints but because of your poor service and portal not able to do this. I have contacted to customer care Lucknow having no. [protected] but this no is busy in full day and night since last 15 days. I am a defence personal not able to go at customer care due to service exigencies. So please pick up this and change or repair this because it's under warranty
Sir on your suggestion today 09 Sep 21 I reached the customer care mentioned by you. Their behavior very bad and rudely.They told that item that I want to change not available and they don't know when it's come.So please do the needful. Your customer care also not picking up call. I have all recorded proof. Now I am totally fed up. Now I go to consumer court for for 3rd class service and customer care Was this information helpful? |
