I had raised a ticket for replacement on 10 June'21. It has been 18 days ... no response .. no pick up. I have emailed the customer service team 5 times . waited in the Customer support Call Que from 30 waiting .. it takes 30 mins to get your chance . Every time they say will escalate it and faulty earphone will be picked up in 2-3 days ... Just finished a call again same response. There is no escalation matrix available. Very poor service.
The device started losing Bluetooth connectivity within a month of purchase. My ticket Number is 2518339.
