I had raised the complaint on 2nd December on Boat website..ticket number 4182115..the technician ad visited on 4th December and said right side speaker need to be changed..on 9th December he had came with the part and after changing the part..I asked him the sound is still not proper at the same time I informed him..but he said play the bar continous for 2 days if still sound is not clear then raise the complaint again.. i have re-raised the complaint on 11th again--ticket id[protected] and till date no resolution on complaint they said the part was ordered but it is in transit..15 days completed now after 6 days the bar will fo out of warranty..and I asked him if after changing the part..if still issue not resolved then what they will do then.. should I need to pay then.. they have not replied only saying will update you.. pls look into this because it is really frustrating now..
