Boat — boat aavante bar 1550 stopped working

We have purchased boat avante bar 1550 on 30th sep 2019 and got installed on 4th oct 2019. Suddenly it stopped working in july 2020. We complained and person came and check. And informed us that ic need to be replaced. However its been 1 month still the person has not come and not repaired the same. I am facing worst customer service from boat.
