I bought this speaker, invoice dated on 25.10.2020 from Amazon site. Within a month it become complaint.I had registered a complaint in your customercare with TICKET NUMBER 1783253 on November 27, 2020 regarding the subwoofer, power failure issue.I got a message within 48 hr they will get back, nobody come's.When i contact the customer care number the said that within 72 hr will arrange the repaire, after a week nobody comes and not received any call from service centre. After this whenever i contact the customer care they are saying that my mobile number not registered, not have any proper reply from their side. Then i sent a complaint email. After 18 days, on 16.12.2020 a service person came and check the sub woofer, and said it's board is complaint, he collected warranty and invoice softcopy and sent to the company and informed us within 15 days it will get repaired. So far there is no response from their side now they are not picking the call. What i have to do ..now i lost my money, mentally distructed this, now my time also losing for drafting the mails and complaints, but no use at all. Please help us, please do the needful to get the sub woofer repaired or you please take back your product. Was this information helpful? |
