My Boat airdopes one earpod was not working properly. It has low voice issues. My product is within the warranty period. So I raised a complaint and handed over my product to the courier partner on 28th may 2021. It's 11th July 2021 today and I have not received any update on my product which was supposed to be returned within fourteen working days. I hope you understand that I need the earpods at the earliest. My ticket number is 2411615.
and when i call on customer care number they keep the call on waiting for 20 min due to huge traffic with them and then they hang up by assuring that they will reach back shortly within 24 hrs but they don't call back.
Please provide me with a current update with mu product and do the needful to return my product to me as early as possible. Was this information helpful? |
