Boat — BoAt Airdopes 131 . Not getting refund after successful cancellation of order

I have ordered boAt Airdopes131 on 29th june 2022. But I wanted to change the colour so I immediately cancelled order .My order got cancelled successfully and I got message saying your payment will refund within 3 or 5 working days now its almost 12 days still no refund and not even responding my emails.
