Boat — Boat Airdopes 131 under warranty need to be replaced | |||
Purchased boat airdopes 131 black from boat lifestyle site in feb end this year. However since last week the right earbud is not switching on at all. There is no light indication on it also. Just the left earbud is working. This product is under warranty and can be replaced. So I contacted boat customer care and informed them the same. I do not have the invoice with me since its been 8months since the purchase. But the registered mobile no and email account i provided them. But they r not helping at all These things happen. Not always the customer has the bills but then obviously they have all records. They can check n get the copy of invoice from their records. Why trouble me. Ive already spoken to customer care so many times. Told them to direct me to someone whi can help me. But no luck. Also after launching my complaint on this forum earlier, boat did respond. But these sites are very lethargic. I don’t understand why they do not address the consumer complaints properly. Total unprofessional attitude. One of the rep contacted me and told me that the next day the headphones will be picked and the refund will be given. However, nothing of this sort happened. I tried calling on that number again. No contact at all could be established. Since I’ve tried a lot to contact with boat lifestyle but no luck. I sincerely hope this site will help in the same and replace my under warranty headphones (airdopes 131). Was this information helpful? | |||
