I had purchased my boat airdopes 141 black colour on 16-NOV-2022 I had faced distorted sound and i had filed a complaint on 7th DEC 2022 but their pickup service was worst and they had not picked up my package stating that customer was not at home even they had’nt placed a call to me. And then altlast the courier was picked up on 20th DEC 2022. The courier person had checked for external physical damage and nothing was identified so they took the package and today(21.08.2022) i had received a message stating that warranty claim is rejected due to physical damage. I don’t know how can a customer damage ear piece without making any physical damage. It had not even took 2 months from the date of purchase please make necessary steps to reconsider the warranty.
