Boat — Boat airdopes 161 / warranty replacement product not dispatched from hub from 8 days

I raised warranty against my product on 24th july 2023 and it was replaced by 31st july but now 7th august i hadn't received my product because they are not dispatching it from their hub. I have to do many important work because i'm a student and i'm facing lots of issue due to this problem. i need it very urgently .
