Boat — Boat airdopes 381 true wireless bluetooth headsets

Complaint number 1476124
I have raise complaint on 31 aug but didn't get my replacement till date. On 14th september boat updated status dispatching unit in 5 business day today is 21 september. This totally i am getting bad experience from boat.
Kindly take some need full steps.
