Complaint marked as Resolved So, it took a much long day for the replacement. It took almost a month. The product replaced also had issue. The replacement product they send was an old unit, I reclaimed it again and again it took a whole month. So, basically their service is pathetic as we can't connect to them. But yes you can keep a track with ticket number and they timely uniform us at what procedure they are at. But each process takes a very long time. So, need to have patience.
