Boat — BoAt Airdopes 441 mic issue on call

I had bought "boAt Airdopes 441 TWS Ear-Buds with IWP Technology,
Immersive Audio, Up to 30H Total Playback, IPX7 Water

HSN:8518" on 12.02.2021 and since then i have sent 2 times this airdopes and all the time the issue was same " Mic issue on Call".

Kindly improve the quality of your product or if by mistake you have given me the defected piece kindly give me good product, dont spoil the name of our company by giving such sub standard product.

Also you are spoiling the name of our country as you are branding it as make in India product.
