Boat — Boat airdopes missing in parcel
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent order, #5325950, for the Airdopes 161 Pro, placed on September 1st, 2023.
Despite receiving confirmation emails on September 2nd that my order had been packed, I discovered upon opening the package on September 5th at 8:15 PM that it was EMPTY. There were NO AIRDOPES INSIDE, only the charging cable, warranty card, and stickers.
I have photographic evidence of the empty box and attempted to log in to the Boat website without success to raise a query.
I insist on an immediate response and swift resolution to this issue. I reported this problem within 12 hours of delivery, and I expect quick action. i demand a call back from your end by tomorrow
Failure to address this promptly will compel me to take further actions, including sharing my experience online and seeking assistance from consumer protection agencies.
I trust you will treat this matter with the urgency and attention it deserves.
