I purchased a boAt Airdopes 311 V2 Black. The right earbud is not working. It does not connect and there is no sound from the right side, while the left earbud works properly. I have already tried charging, resetting, and reconnecting the earbuds, but the issue still exists. The product is under warranty, and I request a repair or replacement.
