I purchased my boatbass 100 earphones on feb 2020, after just 3months one of the sides stopped working worst part. So, i claimed my warranty, they took my product on 28th may 2020, its been like almost one and halfmonth and xpressbess showing its status as wh handover as of 22nd june 2020 and current status is shown as delivered, i didnt receive any. Its hasnt been updated after the above date. Reckless about customers products, why there is so much of negligence in warranty issues, better dont give it if you cant do good job. Worst experience on top of it only worked 3months. Solving issue will do good.
