My earphone has problem with low voice sound ...so I registered a complain because is in warranty period ... complaint date 18 th May 2020 and pickup date 26th May..but now a day I will check the status of earphone will show that...WHHandover...what it's meaning I don't understand...so what the problem are going on..? & How much times are more to reach my earphone..?
Plz inform me immediately..as soon is possible
