Dear sir
In reference to my service request number 2329609, it is to intimate that the pick up has been done by your courier partner on 07.05.2021 at 14:00 PM. But i have received a email from your side that our courier partner has cancelled your pickup. although he has already picked up the product. I am emailing you continuously for the confirmation of my product pickup but you are not replying anymore.
Please look into this matter asap.
