[Resolved] Boat — boat bassheads 225 frosty white

Hi i am farhan afroz i have raised a complaint for my boat bassheads 225 and my ticket number is 488071. My product has reached mumbai on 1st september till now it has not reached the service center for replacement. They are not even responding for calls. When will i get my replaced earphones. One of the ear of my boat 225 earphones is faulty so i decided to replace them. you picked up the product from me on[protected] and i haven't got any response from their side i tried calling the customer care and they are not attending the call. I have call them around 100 times
On email they just sent me the link to register the complaint the service no.
I need my earphones replaced in less than a week.
My ticket number 612989
