I gave my product a little more than two months ago (2nd April) as it had a restarting and connection problem to boat support via door to door support (Ticket no. 2213557). I have called like 100 times from the past two months and all I get told is to wait for the next week. I'm told this is due to the 15 days lockdown in Maharashtra but all the complaints from even 10 days ago are resolved but not mine from 2 months ago. I think I'm being scammed of my product by the company. I demand a full refund or a replaced product as soon as possible. I'll also tweet about this and make sure everyone interested in buying their products gets to know about the service of the company.
