I purchased a Boat bassheads 103 order Id 673399 on 12/08/2021, and paid a total amount of Rs. 349. I cancel order on the day becouse some reason. I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a full refund. I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for receiving a refund. My order id 1115751 date 26 nov 2021 my money is not refunded i call so many time but they cant respond this is fake brand i cant trust on boat
