Boat — Boat denied to repair product even the warranty was not expired

Against my previous warranty repair claim ticket 4335854, Boat had provided defective replacement product. I provided photo of this damaged product to boat but they didn't respond. After that I generated new repair ticket no. 4427007 within warranty period but surprisingly boat replied in email that warranty is expired!!

I claim my warranty product of boat Airdopes 138 to boat which was not working properly due to lack of charging in one side problem product was inspected by boat but they claim that we can not solve your problem due to physical damage but as far as I know product had no any physical damage or defect and they rejected my product replacement or repair i just want my money back or do my product replace
