I have ordered the Boat storm watch on Dec 15, 2022. The product was sent for warranty claim (ticket no[protected]. The product was picked up on July 10, 2022. Now Boat had refusing to dispatch back the product (with or without warranty claim). First thing they are claiming the invoice is tempered. I raised complain again which got approved and product got picked up. Now i couldn't see any update on tick so reach out to dell by mail or call, they didn't response to mail addressing same and on call, they denied helping.
