Boat — Boat earphone battery issue

Hi, I have raised complaint 26 July for boat earphone battery issue boat service center have been received I am waiting for same from 10 days no one responded from boat support. I already dropped mail[[protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com] 3 to 4 time but no any responded. Some time i thinking i will buy new earphone another company because of i need very urgent .

So that not a good process of boat management and services
