Wednesday 13 may 2020, i registered my complaint.
My ticket no. Is 1098987.
30 days since i've registered, i still haven't received my repaired product or a new replacement product. I tried contacting every customer care number, nobody picks the call or replies to my tickets whether its boat or xpressbees, i request a refund, return, or a repaired product. I have given the screenshots from both websites as proof. Please, someone look into this, thank you.
