[Resolved] Boat — Boat earpod not working

My Boat airdopes earpod was not working properly. It had charging issues and also the left pod was not working. My product is within the warranty period. So I raised a complaint and handed over my product to the courier partner on 3rd June 2021. It's 21st June 2021 today and I have not received any update on my product which was supposed to be returned within fourteen working days. I hope you understand that I need the earpods at the earliest. My ticket number is 2453050.

Please provide me with a current update and do the needful to return my product to me as early as possible.

Complaint marked as Resolved

The company did not bother to contact me and they did not provide me with any update regarding my product. I have also not received it. I think I will file a case against them. This needs legal action.
