I have purchased boat headphone 6 months before and my headphones is in warranty period and one side headphone was not working so i have raised complaint on baot website then i have received message from boat company that your complaint has been taken and we will arrange the pick for your headphone then i have given my headphones to the courier person on 12th mar then i have received message from boat company that we have received your headphone and we will update you within 4 days. Today is 18the mar but still i haven't re any update from boat company and the customer care number was not res and the email i'd of customer care is not working, request you kindly look into the matter and resolve my query as soon as possible,

Still no reponse pathetic service. Atleast someone whould respond n resolve my issue. I am making a complaint from last 1 month and in chennai they did not accepted it due to issue with your boat. Kindly resolve it my headset is not working completely and thr model is 100.
