Boat — Boat I didn't receive my earphones for warranty claim

I have gave my boat rockerz 255pro+ for some problem with the neckband

Note: I got boat rockerz 255pro + for replacement for my 205pro fiery red

Boat courier partner has been picked my neckband

And I didn't get any message, email, calls from boat after they picked there is no information about my neckband in there website I also checked with my ticket number it has not updated after the courier partner picked I want to know what's happen to my neckband and wants process going on whether they received my neckband

Please give my neckband or tell about the status of my neckband

I checked on your website using my ticket number there showing nothing
