Boat help desk and and delivery partner are pathetic. I had ordered headphones on 11 April and the product should have been delivered by 17th. It's 3 days passed from the due date and the product is not delivered yet. I had raised complaint on 18th complaint number: 32227173. None from boat and reached out to me yet. Today on 20 th morning i had received call from delivery team and was told the product will be delivered. Around 5Pm ajent calls me and says that the product cannot be delivered even i had informed delivery ajent that I would come 1km forward and i can collect the product still delivery partner has not delivered the product and without contacting me fake message was sent to me saying my number was not reachable. As soon as i received the text i had called the delivery guy contact number and the calls were ignored. Very dissatisfied with Boat service.
