I have purchased boat headset and i have reported a complaint.
I did not get any response from boat, but i commented in the boat facebook page and i got reply and they asked me to the send the product to the boat service center and i sent the boat headset (September 01 2020) to the boat service center.
After few days i messaged in messaged in facebook and got reply from them on september 07, 2020 like the replacement product will be dispatched in 2-3 days but already completed 9 days and the product is not dispatched yet. They have provide fake tracking number. Boat took my old headset and they are not giving replacement headset.
Again i messaged in facebook and boat blocked me in the facebook.
I sent so many emails but no response from them, customer care number is worst, they will not respond to customer care number and for email also they will not respond, not only for me and for all the customers they are doing like this.
