BoAt is refusing to replace the product boAt aavante soundbar 2000. The product has manufacturing defect. Its woofer (basebin) is defective, working sometimes and then stops working. Some problem is also in SOUNDBAR. Its clearly written at their website --- "The customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit[protected][protected]-------
delivered to the customer."

IHAVE ATTACHED THE SCREENSHOT OF boAt POLICY PAGE
and still boAt is refusing to replace it. They are saying its 7 days after purchase date.
There is even no provision to talk to boAt senior. And cust care is not helpful.
Response time is very slow. they say they will arrange a call back... but no call comes.
PATHETIC PRODUCT... PATHETIC CUST SERVICE.
Please make a note this is 2nd time i am facing this issue... 1st time croma company replaced the product and now i have contacted boAt and they are not replacing it.
I ALREADY INFORMED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PURCHASING THE PRODUCT TO CROMA THAT THERE IS MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
Please take necessary action regarding this matter.
