Boat — Boat is not responding to my warranty claim of the product.

I purchased a boat earphones boat rockerz 225 sports. One side earphone stopped working and i claim the warranty . They approved the complain because it is in warranty but after approving they picked up my earphones and then they never respond to it. Even after 30 days of complaint they didn't respond and even there customer care is not picking up calls and they never responded to my mail. They provide me a ticket no. 1121985. Please i request help me. Please i beg.

I have purchased boat aavante1160 sound bar few months back, when found issue with the product raised a ticket#:1909772 on 06/Jan/2021 and escalated on 02/Feb/2021 but till now no response. It seems they are not ready to give warranty.
Please, advise to move further.
