On 23 th December 2021 around 3.28PM, i have purchased boAt mercury smartwatch from the boAt official website but haven't received any order ID or order confirmation message etc. My UPI Transaction ID is[T2112231527015499770503] and my transaction amount was Rs 1999.00 done through Phone Pay app. The screenshot showing the payment receipt is herewith attached to this complaint.
