Boat — Boat nirvanaa 751 AMC sterling silver headphone is not delivered but amount is already debited from my account.

HI,

I have ordered Boat NIrvana 751 AMC Sterling Silver headphone on 14th sept. 2022 and paid amt. 3, 499/- via ICICI Bank debit card online on boatlifestyle.com. My order number is 2787178.

complaint is for after ordering product still I am waiting for my product as it is not delivered yet. I have called 6th time to their customer care. But whenever I have called customer care new executive comes on line and said it is in process and will be deliver in 5 to 7 days. They had not helped me to know what is the situation, where the product is stuck, they never told me the situation and status of product.

It's been 15 days now, Today I have called again to customer care and the executive said that product order has been cancelled and refund will be credited in 5 to 7 working days. But I don't believe them . Because of not delivering headphone, my work is suffered a lot, It was very frustrating for me.

So please sir or Madam, help me on this. Please force them to refund me my money within 7 working days at least. I am very feeling sad, they are bothering me. every time I called them they always tried to give different different reasons. Still I don't know the actual status of my product. The executive told me today that order is already cancelled, therefore I knew that today. Until today I never got any proper information about my product.

This experience was weird, First time I feel very bad for Boat products. Now I have decided that I never buy any boat products from shop or online. This is feeling very ridiculous.

Please help me on this.

I got message that refund will credit in 5 to 7 working days. I got refund amount 3, 499/- on 6th Oct. 2022. Thank you very much. I am suggesting you that you should improve your service, if you do not deliver product to customer on said date at least you have to inform customer via mail and message on mobile. It's professional thing, you should know how to tackle the situation professionally. It is your duty to manage everything as it is not customers fault. You have to take care of customer's belief whatever reasons are there. All the best.
